Remember being a child and how you loved to play games? They made you laugh, they made you competitive and/or they made your heart race like the wind. You found yourself growing up and not having time for games anymore. Maybe they seem “just for kids” now. Well let it be known, games are not just for kids anymore.
The fun thing about being an adult is you not only have the ability to play games, but your games come with benefits that only a grown up can share. Below are a few games to get you started and feel free to change the rules however you like. Because of the nature of the games, please send an email to Phelicia.email@example.com for a full copy of the rules.
- Take it off Uno-Tools needed (A deck of cards, a bowl, folded up paper with “grown up” passionate activities on them-at least fifteen) Hint: Each time a player throws out a card that says draw two or draw four, the opponent must take off two or four articles of clothing according to the number on the card.
- Hide and Seek-Tools needed (two healthy and willing individuals) Flip a coin for the person who has to count and seek. The one who loses the flip has to hide their eyes and count to ten while the other hides.
- Quick and simple cotton ball game-Tools needed (A large bowl, a new full bag of cotton balls, and a spoon the size of a tablespoon.) Each person is individually blindfolded and takes turns scooping out as many cotton balls from a large bowl for 30 seconds.
If you have to do a getaway to play these games, do so. Rest assured they are designed to be in the comfort of your own bedroom. You may be thinking that hide and seek can’t possibly be done in a bedroom. It can, you just have to be creative. If the bedroom is too small, clear the house for a night and have fun! Don’t forget to email me for the extended rules. Those are just three, so have fun and remember games are not just for kids anymore.
