It’s that time of summer again — NYC Restaurant Week is back! Foodies know that this is the best time to eat lunch or dinner at some of the city’s most delicious eateries. Both meals are three courses, and lunch goes for $24.07 while dinner is $35.
You might say that meals this cheap can’t be good, but rest assured that many of New York City’s best chefs have crafted mouth-watering dishes sure to tempt your taste buds. For example, the lunch menu at Daniel Boulud’s restaurant Cafe Boulud is not your typical lunch fare. Start off with a chilled cucumber gazpacho with crème fraîche, mint, and cilantro. Next, order the pan seared monkfish with corn succotash, green zucchini, and ramp vinaigrette. Finally, sink your teeth into a raspberry and pistachio vacherin with chantilly meringue. All of this for $24.07? Amazing!
Make your Restaurant Week reservations at OpenTable.com. Be sure to book soon, as many restaurants are filling up fast. Restaurant Week started July 12 and ends July 25. Saturdays aren’t included, and some restaurants don’t participate on Sundays. Drinks and gratuity also not included, so remember to tip big.
