Lemonade conjures up thoughts of outside fun and sunshine. Lemonade pie is a no different. It is a no cook, refreshing summertime dessert. This dessert is simple to prepare and is a great finale to a backyard BBQ or picnic.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
Yellow food coloring, if desired
8 ounces whipped topping such as Cool Whip*
1 store bought graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Sliced fresh lemon to garnish, if desired.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in sweetened condensed milk until blended.
Add in lemonade and blend well.
Fold in whipped topping and add in food coloring, if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with sliced lemons before serving, if desired.
