The Kohl’s Cares for Kids Program is offering free car seat safety checks with their Kohl’s Cares Car Seat Check Program in conjunction with Rhode Island Hospital. Low-income families may qualify to receive a car seat or booster seat for free as part of this program.
Checking your child’s car seat or booster seat to make sure it’s safely installed is vitally important.
With the Kohl’s Cares Car Seat Check Program, certified child passenger safety technicians from the Injury Prevention Center can help teach parents how to properly install car seats in their vehicles.
