It would appear that Jim Deakin not only has issues in his personal life finances, but also in his campaign finances as well. The letter below is from the Federal Election Commission and is dated August 13, 2010.
According to the document, Deakin should have filed his campaign finance record for the pre-primary report. The letter states that he has four days from receipt of the letter to submit the information requested, or the letter will be made public.
Its public. Seems he hasn’t filed. Read the letter for yourself. Then decide when you go to the polls on August 24, 2010 if you want to be just one more thing Jim Deakin forgets.
