So your guy has finally said what you’ve been dreading to hear. Things are going great for the two of you and then he tells you, “I’m going out with the guys, it’s an all guys night out.” To some girls they don’t mind it one bit, to others it opens the door to trouble. Trust definitely comes into play when it’s a guy’s night out because it means no girls allowed.
The three types whom say, “Sorry babes, it’s an all guys night out.” are as follows.
The Good – The good guys are definitely the types you want to end up with. These guys are trustworthy and they really follow the rules of no girls when it comes to an all guys night out. The good guys don’t go anywhere that provides women they can see, feel, or touch. Basically, one could consider the good guy activities boring but there is no denying they are strictly adhering to the code of no girls allowed. The majority of good guys will go home, tell their girlfriends and wives about their night out, and be honest about it. Guys, who sit at home drink and watch the game isn’t considered a guy’s night out. It would be a guy’s night in.
The Bad – The bad guys will have an all guy’s night out but bend the rules a little bit. Their girlfriends and wives are never invited but other women are. They will go to strip clubs, go to clubs, drink and sometimes even dance with girls. When asked what happened, the bad guys will always have something to say. It may be in part true and may be in part false. Most of it will always be, “We just hung out at the bar.” If he happens to come home late from an all guy’s night out, the bad guys a majority of the time will use the excuse, “We just drank at his house and lost track of time.” The bad is pretty bad when they go out for a guy’s night out but at least they are not the Ugly.
The Worst-of-All – Guys who fall under this category for a guy’s night out are the worst of all. They don’t follow the rules and if there’s one in place, you can bet these guys will break it. You can call these, the worst-of-all. They will go to strip clubs whenever they get a chance, they’ll dance with girls and buy drinks at clubs, and they’ll even take her out if he’s vacationing with his guy friends. Simply put, even though they have girlfriends or wives at home, when they are out, they’re single. Whatever happens stays between the parties involved. Worse of all these guys will pretend to be “The Good”, when they get home they’ll tell their significant others nothing happened when a lot happened.
When men hang out (no pun intended) it’s male bonding time. Different types of men do different things and it is no different when it comes to the age range. For a guy’s night out, the younger guys will be clubbing and bar hopping whereas with the older guys (men) they like to fish and watch games together.
If you’re a man and you’re in a relationship, do the right thing. Don’t be a pig when you’re out with the guys. Just because your girl isn’t does not make you single and ready to play the field. What if she was out doing exactly what you were doing?
One woman who lives in San Francisco had this to say regarding guy’s night out. “The last time my boyfriend told me he was going on an all guy’s vacation he met someone else. We were together for two years.” She must have had the worst-of-all.
Do you trust your man on a guy’s night out? If you’re a guy, what category do you fall under?
