Another game convention means more announcements and promotion. Not a whole lot of new games seem to have shown up, but there was plenty of sneak peaking. A couple of the new announcements were Sorcery, a Playstation Move game wherein the player uses motion control to wave magic at their enemies based on the motion made. The controls seems to work, but whether it turns into a repetitive deal or grows more is yet to be seen. The other announcement is a PSP game called No Heroes Allowed!. Some PSP hardcores may recognize it as the second sequel to Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What did I do to deserve this?. It is a puzzle game about digging dungeons for heroes to crawl through and preferably die at the hands of your minions before reaching your one supporter.
On the promotion end, some Street Fighter vs Tekken footage was shown, and it looks good–like Street Fighter with Tekken characters more than anything else, but there is nothing wrong with that. There is has also been quite a bit of talk about Metal Gear Rising. It is apparently being made with a wider audience in mind, and like many other Metal Gear games, it is possible to clear it without killing. Always a cool feature. IGN seems to have all the news and videos, so give it a look if you are interested.
