As some of you may know, I’ve been practicing martial arts for more than a decade and just love the discipline, confidence, forms, and philosophy that it inspires.
So today I want to share with you some of what I’ve learned and how it can improve your body transformation goals.
I’ll even show you how you can learn a simple string of movements that will allow you to work on your punching and kicking ability (I have Sarah demonstrate them in the short video below).
Here’s the combination I’ll be teaching you today:
Part 1: Left Jab (punch)
Part 2: Right Cross (punch)
Part 3: Right Front Kick (kick using the ball of your foot)
Also, although in the video Sarah said women should learn some sort of self-defense to defend themselves (due to recent domestic abuse cases), I personally believe that everyone should learn some basic movements to feel more confident in their ability to defend themselves.
Although the video I have for you today will show you a kickboxing self-defense combination it’s not meant to be used on the street (so please do not go and try this out for real – it’s for fat burning purposes only!).
I use this specific 3 move combination to boost your metabolism and give you an intense interval training effect directly after your resistance workout.
