Just when Chris Brown thought he might be making a comeback following the horrific assault on Rihanna, he now has some new reports out there suggesting that he may have been “faking” his teary-eyed performance of Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror” during the BET Awards on Sunday.
A source told Us Magazine that the “Forever” singer actually put in eye drops before the performance in order to give himself that teary-eyed look. However, Brown’s representatives claim that he “was moved by the opportunity to pay tribute to his idol.”
If this report turns out to be true, it could be another major show to Brown’s reputation after his Michael Jackson performance brought him sympathy from much of the country — including some who hadn’t been so quick to forgive following the Rihanna incident.
What do you think — was Chris Brown faking it, or is someone just trying to bring him down? Feel free to share your thoughts below and check out BET Awards photos here.Chris BrownMarket Research
