Tiger Woods’ alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel will appear on “Celebrity Rehab,” along with supermodel Janice Dickinson, “Party of Five” actor Jeremy London, ’70s teen idol Leif Garrett, socialite Jason Davis, Keyshia Cole’s mom Frankie Lons, and former “Hills” star Jason Wahler, who found himself in handcuffs due to an alleged DUI in March.
VH1 will air “Celebrity Rehab” later this year.
