Supplying your muscles, bones, arteries, veins and internal organs with clean, fresh oxygen will carry fresh blood throughout your entire cellular structure. Oxygen (through deep breathing) decreases lines, flab and “turkey” neck. Deep breathing penetrates into your largest organ, the skin, and reduces, with prominence, the signs of aging. Be aware, breathe and let full oxygen pour into your being – the results are looking younger, happier and healthier.
Start your day off with awareness and mindfulness. You’re not 18 anymore. You don’t need a plastic surgeon or plastic surgery (even though so many baby boomers think that they do) – – You need yoga, awareness, and deep, intense breathing to stay youthful and better looking.
Beware of all that is out there on the market today. It all begins with sales. Investigate what you are doing or plan to do. Let the flow of your breath connect you with yourself and all of life. In the morning make time for meditation to clear your head. Relax your eyes, forehead and breathing on a cozy cushion or yoga mat. Be completely aware that your breath “lengthens” as you watch it and breathe again and again. Keep the awareness alive for anti-aging purposes.
Many times, working very early at my home, a gym or at a spa, the class begins with anti-aging tactics and stretching. We also rediscover that whatever we do with our minds repeatedly becomes the habit of the mind. We our aware of our calm, original nature.
You have entered the true home of your consciousness. If you’re not at a Philly gym, or one in the PA suburbs or beautiful country of PA, perhaps you’re doing an organic home-practice. A home practice is a marvelous environmental treasure. Get up earlier. After your morning work-out, take a long bath, shower, or, if you have a pool, swim and move. All of this leads to a younger looking you for the rest of your life. Just include persistence, consistency and patience and observe what happens.
In conclusion, the wee-hours of the morning add to a better day of being a mom, working, or spending time with friends and family. Make room for purity, balance and radiance in your life.
