Hundreds of jaw dropping, “I-gotta-have-those” booties have surfaced the fashion scene early spring of 2010. Following the inspirations of this year’s fab designer footwears- studs, zippers, lace, patterns and denim, pre-fall booties are what we can call the upgraded, blow-me-away versions of wooden clogs, grecian (gladiator) sandals, killer heels and double platform pumps.
To be honest, one of the hardest thing for a girl to do is to pick the best pair from a load of shoes on a clearance sale event happening this summer in preparation for fall fashion. There’s just too many of them for one girl to handle.
So what’s the difference between spring and fall booties? Many girls can get away with wearing last fall’s booties as long as they are still wearable. As we know, other than the little added details put on shoes such as buckles, stitchings, embellishments or patchwork to update a bootie collection, color is a big significant factor.
While spring booties are more of flashy and vibrant colors, fall season’s booties are of darker shades – gray, brown, navy blue, purple and black.
Just a tip: Summer is the best time to get those perfect budget pre-fall peep-toe booties just before stores are ready for full-blown fall shopping and shoppers are still stuck in summer time warp. So sit back and let your fingers do the picking. Online shopping gets you moving from stores to stores fast minus the danger of busting your shopping budget.
